Delivery & Returns

How we get your order to you, what it costs, and what to do if something isn’t right.

Delivery options

  • Islandwide courier delivery — we ship anywhere in Sri Lanka.
  • Pickup at the shop — reserve online and collect in person (no delivery fee).

Delivery charges

Delivery is calculated by weight: LKR 600.00 for the first kilogram, plus LKR 300.00 for each additional kilogram. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payment & how it works

  • Cash on delivery (COD) — pay the courier on arrival. Available for orders up to 2 kg; the delivery fee is collected together with the goods.
  • Bank transfer — pay the product price now; for delivery orders the delivery fee is paid to the courier on receipt. Required for heavier orders (over 2 kg) where COD isn’t available.
  • Reserve & pay at shop — we hold your items and you pay when you collect them.

Every order is reviewed and confirmed by our team — we’ll contact you to arrange delivery or pickup. You can check your order status any time.

Returns & faulty items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, or is faulty within its warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll make it right — repair, replacement or another solution depending on the item.
