How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart and check out. Enter your details, choose delivery or pickup and a payment method, then place the order. We’ll review and confirm it, and contact you to arrange delivery or pickup.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, bank transfer, and reserve-and-pay-at-shop. No online card payment yet — see Delivery & Returns.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is weight-based and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm. We deliver islandwide, or you can reserve and collect at the shop for free.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, for orders up to 2 kg. Heavier orders go by bank transfer, with the delivery fee paid to the courier on receipt.

How do I check my order status?

Use the Check order status page with your order number and the email or phone you used. If you have an account, your orders are listed under My account.

Do products come with warranty?

Most do — each product page shows its warranty period. See the Warranty page for how to claim.

Can I return a faulty item?

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty within its warranty period, contact us with your order number and we’ll make it right. Keep your invoice and packaging where possible.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest and still check your order status. Creating an account just makes checkout faster and keeps your orders in one place.
